Although prenatal yoga is strongly favored by many of our members looking to stay in shape throughout their pregnancy, regular exercise also helps keep you fit during those long months ahead and may improve your ability to cope with the pain of labor. However, we have found that practicing pre-natal yoga will make it easier for you to get back into shape after your baby is born. You should not, however, exercise to lose weight while you are pregnant.

We Offer Postnatal Yoga Too!
Exercise and being active is also very beneficial in helping women to lose all of that weight gained throughout the pregnancy cycle, as well as regain body structure and help with energy levels. Our post-natal classes can help you on your road to recovery. We enjoy working with women in all stages of parenthood and it is never too early or too late to begin. Our instructors are all certified and experienced and willing to do one-on-one training and small group sessions.
A private Yoga session is a great way to be introduced to Yoga, if you have specific goals, injuries that need special attention, or want a class designed just for you! Sessions are typically one hour of one on one training and practice with a Certified Yoga Teacher. The class will be designed specially for your body, needs and goals.

*Please arrive on time to classes, classes outside of business hours will lock the doors at the start time of the class. Those arriving 10 minutes or later to class during business hour classes will not be allowed in to class out of respect for the other students and for safety reasons.
