Faryn has offered Private Personal Training in upscale women's studios and in the privacy's of their homes, both are effective and challenging ways to get a great workout done. When working with Faryn in the privacy of your home, she will bring all the necessary fitness equipment.

Although prenatal yoga is strongly favored by many of our members looking to stay in shape throughout their pregnancy, regular exercise also helps keep you fit during those long months ahead and may improve your ability to cope with the pain of labor. However, we have found that practicing pre-natal yoga will make it easier for you to get back into shape after your baby is born. You should not, however, exercise to lose weight while you are pregnant.
Exercise and being active is also very beneficial in helping women to lose all of that weight gained throughout the pregnancy cycle, as well as regain body structure and help with energy levels. Our post-natal classes can help you on your road to recovery. We enjoy working with women in all stages of parenthood and it is never too early or too late to begin. Our instructors are all certified and experienced and willing to do one-on-one training and small group sessions.
