Parent & Toddler Yoga
Parent and Toddler yoga for an adult and a little one.
This class is a great introduction to the practice of yoga for young children.
Toddlers will learn the basic and fundamental poses of yoga through stories,
songs and games. Yoga helps build strength, coordination, balance, patience,
confidence and concentration while gently introducing children to the practice
in a fun atmosphere. Parents and their children practice together. then the
children play while parents get some adult yoga time. This class is ideal for toddlers ages 1 to 5
years. Adults with multiple children are welcome. Pre-mobile babies in carriers
are welcome at no charge. For parents,
this class is a special opportunity to meet others, get support, and learn
about tot's emerging personality. No yoga is experience required.
Mommy & Me Dance & Play Time
This class is a movement class designed to get Momma and Baby moving together. Bonding occurs non-verbally in infants and toddlers and it is amazing how much we can communicate and connect with our children through dance and play. Classes will highlight a movement theme each week, children will have time to play with each other, and parents will have time to chat. Siblings are welcome, $5 per additional child.
Post Belly Fusion
Post Belly Fusion is a fun class that combines Power Yoga, cardio,
weight training and Pilates. This fun, energetic and challenging
class is great for building strength and flexibility while focusing on
weight loss. Tennis shoes required. Childcare is offered
Mondays during this class. No babies in class please, this class
time is reserved for moms only. Space is limited.
Signing Smart Play Class Series
Your Baby Can Talk!!!
It’s
hard to believe that summer is winding down and Labor Day
is almost here! It’s “back to school” time for
the older kids, and for the infants and toddlers too!If you’ve
been looking for a window into your infant or toddler’s mind, or
for a way to reduce frustration and tantrums, then Signing SmartTM is your answer! Signing Smart children can begin communicating with
signs as early as 7 months of age, learn spoken words as easily as
or easier than non-signers, and show cognitive and linguistic
advancements at age 4. Signing Smart play classes are filled with songs
and fun activities to engage parents and children, as well as loads of
developmental information to help you understand how your child learns
and acquires language at every age. So, come play and sign with us this
fall!! The Play Class runs for 10 weeks, beginning
Thursday, September 16th through Thursday, November 18th.

Kindermusik - Newborn to 18 months
Who knew that you would find gazing into your baby’s eyes the most exciting part
of your day? In Kindermusik, we understand how precious this time is with your
little one. That’s why we created Village. In a Kindermusik Village class, we
take those special bonding moments between you and your baby and add in a unique
blend of musical learning activities that stimulate and engage all of the
senses. Your educator will teach you how to encourage your baby’s learning
through vocal play, object exploration, instruments, and creative movement.
Kindermusik - 18 months to 3 years
For your toddler, every day brings new discoveries and opportunities to explore
the world around him. Despite your toddler’s seeming independence, he still
longs for the safety and security of parental closeness. During this time, your
toddler still relishes the comfort of the familiar while also seeking the
challenge of something new.
Kindermusik Our Time encourages her to be
creative, to initiate her own ideas and to respond in her own ways, while your
active participation gives her the security she needs. As you play instruments,
sing, move, and explore, you’ll uncover an engaging musical world while building
your child’s confidence, self-control and communications skills.
*Please
arrive on time to classes, classes outside of business hours will lock
the doors at the start time of the class. Those arriving 10
minutes or later to class during business hour classes will not be
allowed in to class out of respect for the other students and for
safety reasons.
Please
respect our reservation system, if you reserve a spot and do not cancel
prior to the class you will be charged for the class.

Bliss also offers workshops geared toward the transition into
toddlerhood and sibling preparation for the new baby.
