
There are
many benefits from exercise and our Personal Trainers and fitness
instructors at Belly Bliss are dedicated to help you reach your goals,
whether preparing for your pregnancy, during your pregnancy or
continuing into motherhood. Women who are fit have an easier time
conceiving and have a more comfortable pregnancy with fewer
complications. According to ACOG exercise during pregnancy:
* Helps reduce backaches, constipation, bloating, and swelling
* May help prevent or treat gestational diabetes
* Increases your energy
* Improves your mood
* Improves your posture
* Promotes muscle tone, strength, and endurance
* Helps you sleep better
Regular
exercise also helps keep you fit during pregnancy and may improve your
ability to cope with the pain of labor. This will make it easier for
you to get back in shape after the baby is born. You should not,
however, exercise to lose weight while you are pregnant.
Exercise and being
active is also very beneficial to women after having their babies in
helping them loose weight, regain body structure and help with energy
levels. We enjoy working with women in all stages of parenthood and it
is never too early or too late to begin. Our instructors are all
certified and experienced and willing to do one-on-one training and
small group sessions.
Private Yoga Sessions Available:
A
private Yoga session is a great way to be introduced to Yoga, if you
have specific goals, injuries that need special attention, or want a
class designed just for you! Sessions are typically one hour of one on
one training and practice with a Certified Yoga Teacher. The class will
be designed specially for your body, needs and goals.

*Please
arrive on time to classes, classes outside of business hours will lock
the doors at the start time of the class. Those arriving 10
minutes or later to class during business hour classes will not be
allowed in to class out of respect for the other students and for
safety reasons.

respect our reservation system, if you reserve a spot and do not cancel
prior to the class you will be charged for the class.
