Belly Bliss offers many classes and services for women though their entire pregnancy and preparing for childbirth. We feel it is important to support moms’ body, spirit and mind at this very special time.

Blissful Bellies Pregnancy Chat Group
Join us every 1st and 3rd Wednesday at noon for a fun and informative discussion on pregnancy.  Each week we will have a different expert to discuss that weeks topic.  In addition, there will be plenty of time to chat with other expectant moms and connect during this time of transition.  Attend on a drop-in basis for the weeks that interest you or when you feel you need the company and support.  Blissful Bellies is free to those that wish to attend and is a great way to get some extra information on what is going on with your changing body, mind and soul at this time in your life.  This hour is great for building friendships for you and your soon to arrive baby.

Classes

Belly ~ Prenatal Yoga: A comprehensive Prenatal Yoga class focused on preparing women physically, mentally and emotionally for the natural process of childbirth and motherhood. This class will increase strength, stamina, flexibility, breath and body awareness, while reducing fatigue and improving relaxation. Click here to see our schedule.

Pilates Booty Camp: Pilates can be one of the best exercises to do both during and after pregnancy.  Pilates builds your abdominal, back, hip and pelvic floor muscles to support a more comfortable pregnancy and delivery. Pilates is also amazing for new moms getting their figures and tummies back after baby is born!  Join us for this 50 minute Pilates mat class and get ready to strengthen, tone and stretch your muscles while burning calories and gaining comfort.  Click here to see our schedule.

Booty Camp: A circuit style class focused on cardiovascular health, weight loss and strength training. Fit balls, steps, bands and body weight will be used to give women an intense, motivating workout. This class is open to both pre and postnatal women and modifications will be offered for expectant mothers. Click here to see our schedule..

Stroller Booty Camp: A class for moms or expectant moms who already have children. Join us for a challenging workout in the great outdoors! This class is focused on cardiovascular health, weight loss and strength training. Grab your strollers~ we will give you exercise bands and other portable equipment to use as we head off to the park for an intense, motivating and fun workout. This class is open to both pre and postnatal women and modifications will be offered for expectant mothers. Tennis shoes required, class is rain or shine and meets at the Belly Bliss back door. In the case of rain or cold, class will be held indoors in the studio, there is no excuse to miss this workout! Prepared Childbirth Series
Our Prepared Childbirth class presents extensive information on all aspects of pregnancy, childbirth and postpartum care. We believe in giving parents the most accurate scientific information and letting them make the best decision for themselves and their family. Every family is different and it is our goal to give you the information you need and the tools necessary to make the best decision for you and to help you accomplish your goals. Whether you are planning an un-medicated birth, a medicated birth or are not sure what you want, this class will be beneficial to you. It will be easier to accomplish your goals in childbirth with knowledge providing the foundation for your decisions.

Bradley Childbirth Series
Natural Childbirth: Natural childbirth is the act of giving birth without the use of any pain medication or medical interventions. Many women chose natural childbirth because they feel it offers the safest birth for both mother and baby.

What is The Bradley Method®?
The Bradley Method® teaches natural childbirth and views birth as a natural process. It is our belief that most women with proper education, preparation and the help of a loving and supportive coach can be taught to give birth naturally.

Personal Training
Regular activity also helps keep you fit during pregnancy and may improve your ability to cope with the pain of labor. This will make it easier for you to get back in shape after the baby is born. You should not, however, exercise to lose weight while you are pregnant.

Psychotherapy
There are many mood swings to manage with a pregnant, surging hormone system. There are also fears that come up concerning delivery, parenting, marriage, and your own childhood. Previous problems with pregnancy, birth and miscarriage, these can surface during current pregnancies. Learning to stay in balance and dealing with your fears will give you a more safe pregnancy and delivery for you and your baby.
