Prenatal Belly Yoga at Belly Bliss
Teaching Belly Prenatal Yoga has been such a rewarding experience. I have been teaching prenatal yoga for a year and a half. It's been a humbling experience being part of such a warm, comforting, and kind community of teachers, mammas, dads, children and practitioners. At Belly Bliss we offer a wide variety of classes. My style of teaching stems from my background in power yoga. I guide my students through an invigorating yet calming yoga practice. I tend to teach a more challenging class focusing on the strength of the mind, body, and heart.
I offer modifications and variations of many postures throughout my class. The wonderful journey of pregnancy is a process of change for the mind, body, and spirit. It's important for me to educate my students on how to hold an open heart for experiencing change and be mindful of how their yoga practice can change with them.
Sember teaches Prenatal Yoga at Belly Bliss in Denver. She currently teaches Belly Yoga Tuesdays at 6pm.
