Elena Redelsheimer

Dr. Elena graduated from the University of California, Berkeley with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering.  She then went on to graduate from the Palmer College of Chiropractic’s West Campus in 2017 and completed certification in Webster Technique soon after graduation.

Chiropractic is part of helping the body do the things it was naturally meant to do, despite all the modern-day stresses we place on our bodies.  Dr. Elena knows that the female body was meant to give birth, and children were meant to grow up healthy and strong. She also knows that physical pain and limitations get in the way of the most important thing that nurtures our children – emotional connection.  She believes that by helping you have a healthier pregnancy, and helping your child have a healthier childhood, the door will be opened for the emotional nurturing your child needs to become a happy, healthy adult.

Dr. Elena’s sister just gave birth to a bright-eyed baby girl and Dr. Elena loves helping take care of her.  She hopes to have a few of her own in the not-too-distant future. Her hobbies include playing piano, hiking, swing dancing, and reading about philosophy, child psychology, and the works of Douglas Adams.
